Back, with new stuff!

Hi all its been a very long time since I have posted on here but I would like to let you all know that I am back and I will be posting one new post a week keeping you all updated on the progress of MJN ARTS.

Well since I am back lets make an announcement, in light of being selected to be featured at the One Year On exhibition in London I have been contacted by the website Arts Thread to do a small interview for them. Thats will be posted up shortly.

Also I am proud to announce that my website www.mjnarts.com have been fully remade with brand new content. Check it out!

The Art of TKD Mini Exhibition

Hi all, well me and fellow class mates have been setting up a mini exhibition for the examiners who will be marking TODAY! I hope my display is up to scratch since that is a part of marking criteria. 

I wanted to keep my display very minimalist, keeping to the theme of the book. Also I was inspired by Zen Buddhist shines. Apart from the fact I wanted mine to less decorative.

Here are some examples which inspired me.

As you can see it was a loose inspiration. Below are some more photos of my display.

The Calligraphy is suspended from the wall using fine pins.

The Art of Tae Kwon Do Book FINISHED

Thats right, finally the book that I have been planning and making for the past half year is finally finished and all hand bound with a Japanese Stab Stitch.
